Vacuum Disperser with Scraper
The Vacuum Disperser With Scraper is a comprehensive product based on the Coaxial Dual-shaft High Speed Disperser. The core technology originates from Germany, it has the functions of dispersing, scraping and vacuuming. During the dispersing and pulping process, the scraper rotates along the tank wall and generates a radial mixing flow, meanwhile, the PTFE scraper can scrape the material off on the tank wall, it has good adaptability to medium and low viscosity and thixotropic materials. It adopts a vacuum-tight design and is used in conjunction with a vacuum pump or pump unit. The vacuum degree can reach upto -0.098MPa (20mbar), which is suitable for material dispersing and mixing under special working conditions such as vacuum degassing, vacuum feeding, and inert gas protection.

Work principle
Through the high-speed rotation of dispersing disc, the materials will become in annular form flow, resulting in strong vortex flow, which descend down to the bottom of the vortex in spiral state. During the process, materials are dispersed, dissolved, mixed and emulsified efficiently due to the strong shearing crash and friction among the particles.
The PTFE scraper rotates sticky to the tank wall, scraping the material off the wall and meanwhile enhancing the circulation of the material.
The hydraulic lifting mixer drives the hydraulic cylinder ascend and descend through the hydraulic pump, driving the whole transmission and working group up and down. And the cover and tank are completely closed to realize vacuum dispersing result with the help of vacuum system.

The Max. rotation speed can be up to 1440rpm, max linear velocity is over 31m/s, it can rapidly disperse the powder in the liquid evenly; The double-layer high-efficiency dispersing layer adopts German technology, and the dispersing efficiency is increased by 50%. Equipped with a temperature sensor and a pressure sensor to monitor the material temperature in the core area of the tank in real time, with accurate measurement and high degree of automation.

Discharge clean, easy to maintain
Scraper perfectly solves the problem of materials sticking onto the tank wall. PTFE materials scraper is designed to be adjustable; it always clings to the tank wall under the reaction force of materials, with long service life. The dispersing disc is fixed to the main shaft with hexagon socket-head cap screws, which can be disassembled and exchanged quickly, easy to clean.

Integrated control, easy operation, environmentally friendly
Adopt oil cylinder as lifting actuator, with control valve to control the disperser up, stop, down, easy operation and stable. The cover completely closes that produces a space of high vacuum degree to prevent solvent evaporation. All the working condition can be supervised with the help of the sight glass with a lamp.
