Lately, the SXJB-1000 Double Planetary Mixer Production Line Machines customized for client LASCOD in Italy were smoothly arrived at client’s site, and finished testing and acceptance.

LASCOD was built in 1946, mainly for the dental materials manufacturing. The main products are alginates, silicones, cements and plaster for dentists. There are 40+ products in their factory now, the clients are over 50+ countries and regions, is the world leading manufacturer in alginates dental materials.

LASCOD and SIEHE met and started the first cooperation on 2016, for one unit of SXJB-700 Double planetary mixer. The stable performance of machines, guarantee LASCOD with competitive products. After 6 years, LASCOD extend the production capacity, again, SIEHE GROUP customized the SXJB-1000 Double Planetary Mixer machine. Compared to the 700L unit machines, the new mixers with bigger capacity and higher production efficiency. The tanks were customized with Slide Tracking system, more convenient for operation, to achieve higher automation.

The main manufacturing facitilies are: China Qiqihar CNC double column vertical lathe --- Used for the planetary mixer cover, removable tank and press plant of the extrusion machine; Mazak Turning and Milling center --- Used for the manufacturing of high speed shafts of planetary mixer; BUFFALO Horizontal Boring and Milling Machine Center --- Used for the planetary drive and mixing agitator manufacturing; Haitian Precision  Five-axis Gantry Machining centre --- Used for the manufacturing of the support frame, horizontal frame and the big size of agitator. And the updated test instruments, includes: Three-coordinate testing instrument from Edward German, height testing instrument and PT flaw detection device from Mitutoyo Japan, and devices for roughness, machine working noise, thickness, vibration, and temperature detection, etc.
