Successful Acceptance of Double Planetary Mixer for WACKER

In June 2023, Project Manager from Wacker had come to our factory in Jinshan to do acceptance of ordered machines: SXJB-1000 Double Planetary Dispersing Mixers+SYC-1000 Extrusion machines +SLC-1000 Tanks. The machine acceptance goes on smoothly and is highly appraised.

Wacker, a global chemical company, is headquartered in Munich, Germany. Their product is widely used in industries such as photovoltaic, electronic products, pharmaceuticals, and nursing products. The ordered machines are for WACKER SILICONES.

Together with the Project Manager, professional testing engineers from TUV are authorized to do the machine acceptance before delivery. They conducted a three-day comprehensive and detailed inspection of the equipment including vacuum degree detection, jacket pressure detection, surface roughness detection, running current detection, tank positioning detection, etc.. From electric components to the safety of the electrical circuit, from the convenience of operation to the safety of operation, from the precision of all processing components to the stability of the machine performance, thanks to our excellent technical strength and strong production capacity, our finished products perfectly passes the acceptance inspection. The machines are packed ready for delivery.

This cooperation with Wacker Company means that another chemical giant has entered the cooperation territory of Shihe Company.
