Actively explores the Central Asian market, SIEHE high-speed disperser sent to Kyrgyzstan

The platform type mixer with two 3000L tanks customized by SIEHE Group for our Kyrgyzstan customer, OSOO MASTER-KRASKA, has completed all production and strict quality inspection processes and has successfully departed for its destination, which will be used for the preparation of water-based paint. This is another pioneering layout of SIEHE Group in the market of dispersing mixing equipment in Central Asia.

SIEHE high-speed disperser integrates advanced dispersing technology and intelligent control system, can efficiently and evenly disperse powder into liquid material, widely used in paint, ink, pigment, cosmetics, medicine and other industries, to improve customer production efficiency, optimize product quality has a significant role. Various types of non-standard products can be customized, such as explosion-proof type, closed type, coaxial/double-axis composite type, one machine with multiple cylinders, etc.

The lifting structure of this equipment adopts hydraulic cylinder as actuator, stable lifting, integrated hydraulic station, environmental and without leakage. With electric steering motor and limit sheath, it can realize one machine for two tanks. The dispersing disc is fixed to the main shaft with Hexagon socket-head cap screws, which can be disassembled and exchanged quickly, easy to clean. Different dispersing discs are optional accordingly to production process to obtain optimized dispersing effect.
