Silicone complete production line was successfully sent to Yichang, Hubei!

In early August, a set of powder vacuum drying system and planetary mixing complete equipment representing the forefront of the industry departed from the SIEHE Modern Production Base and embarked on the journey to Yichang, Hubei.

The system equipment customized for Hubei Xingrui Silicon Materials Co., Ltd. is the result of months of careful design and repeated debugging by the R&D team of SIEHE Group. It integrates advanced mixing technology and efficient energy-saving drying  system, marking another important layout and breakthrough for SIEHE Group in the field of high-end material production and processing equipment.

The entire system includes equipment such as powder unpacking system, drying system, metering and conveying system, double planetary mixing system unit, etc. It adopts intelligent control system to achieve fully automated production process from raw material feeding to finished product output, greatly improving production efficiency and resource utilization. The low emissions and energy consumption during the production process are in line with the current trend of green manufacturing development.
