SIEHE Delivered the Clay Dough Mixing Production Line and Assisted Brazil's Renowned Chemical Enterprise ACRILEX in Putting it into Production

Recently, SIEHE Group successfully delivered the Clay Dough Mixing Production Line to Brazil's renowned enterprise ACRILEX TINTAS ESPECIAIS S.A. This collaboration marks the third partnership between the two parties since ACRILEX first procured SIEHE's high-speed dispersers in 2018.

To address the diverse color requirements of modeling clay products, SIEHE Group has customized a dedicated mixing production line centered around a Double Planetary Mixer.Compared to traditional kneaders, the Double Planetary Mixer offers significant advantages  in terms of the convenience of ingredient batching and the flexibility of cleaning and material color changing，effectively addressing practical pain points in multi-color product manufacturing.

The Clay Dough Mixing Production Line consists of an automatic powder batching system, rail system, mixing system, discharging system, and cleaning system. For the powder automatic batching system, an  electric hoist lifts the ton bags to the feeding port. After unbagging, a pneumatic massage and patting device assists in material discharge, followed by vacuum conveying to storage tanks. As for small-bag materials, they are directly fed through the side-opening charging hopper of the small-bag unpacking station, which features an internal mesh guard and coarse filtration device for safety and dust control. The mixing system utilizes a Double Planetary Mixer featuring a multi-blade agitator design specifically engineered for high-solid-content, high-viscosity materials. The rail system efficiently interconnects the mixer, extruder, and tank cleaning machine with a compact footprint that optimizes workspace utilization.

To ensure the safe transportation of the equipment, the team employed professional packaging materials to provide all-round protection for the equipment. In addition, SIEHE Group will dispatch professional engineers to Brazil to offer on-site installation, commissioning guidance to customers, to ensure optimal equipment operation.
