Lab Vacuum Disperser with Scraper
Lab Vacuum Disperser with Scraper is a laboratory product newly developed by SIEHE Group with dispersing, scraping and vacuuming; during the dispersion process, the scraper rotates along the barrel wall to form a certain radial stirring effect, and the PTFE scraper can scrape the material on the barrel wall, which has a good adaptability to medium and high viscosity and thixotropic materials. Vacuum closed design, suitable for "vacuum defoaming", "vacuum feed", "inert gas protection" and other special conditions of dispersion mixing, the final product is clean, and the barrel is easy to clean.

Working Principle
Through the high-speed rotation dispersing disc, the materials will become in annular form flow, resulting in strong vortex flow, which descend down to the bottom of the vortex in spiral state. The strong shear impact and friction between the particles achieve rapid dispersion and dissolution function.

High efficiency dispersion
The linear speed of the scraper disperser is above 20m/s, which can quickly and fully disperse the powder into the liquid material;
The maximum linear speed is over 20m/s, with the high shearing efficiency, to make sure the powder materials will be dispersed in to liquid rapidly. -
Safe and convenient operation
The equipment uses the electric push rod as the lifting actuator, simple operation, high stability; Dispersion plate and wall scraper can be easily disassembled and replaced quickly, and easy to clean.

Discharge clean, easy to maintain
Scraper perfectly solves the problem of materials sticking on the tank wall. The scraper design is adjustable, according to the reaction force of the material so that the scraper is well fitted to the barrel body, with a long service life, and bolt-type design, easy to replace.

Can be customized for various types of non-standard products, such as explosion-proof type, sealed vacuum type，one machine with multi cylinder type, material can be customized according to requirements of SUS304/SS321/SS316L stainless steel.
