A number of large trucks set out from the SIEHE Jinshan factory, loaded with a whole set of production lines, nearly 20 sets of machinery and equipment, to the port of Shanghai, will soon cross the sea to the customer's African factory.

SAPPEC is an Algerian company that manufactures and sells paint and car care products, and is the sole agent in the local area of several well-known paint and coatings brands such as ISAVAL, TIXE, STANCOLAC, MAESTRO, CHAMALEON, etc. SIEHE Group customized an efficient, safe and reliable car refinishing paint production line for the company. It is used in the production of automotive putty, automotive primer, intermediate coating, top paint and other products.

The whole production line includes high-speed dispersers, basket mills, butterfly dispersing mixers, filters, filling machines and other equipment, with a daily production capacity of 16T. According to customer requirements, the device control panel is displayed in French. We are also equipped with PTC temperature sensors to measure motor’s temperature and protect the motor. All equipment adopts complete explosion-proof measures to improve overall safety performance.

In accordance with the pre-dispersion, grinding, mixing, filtration, filling and other processes, the production line breaks down the various manufacturing tasks into individual steps through a series of mechanical equipment to complete. This method makes the production process more efficient, product quality more stable, and also reduces production costs.
Modular design and highly automated production methods allow customers to quickly adjust production tasks to adapt to changes in market demand, thereby improving the company's adaptability and competitiveness.
