Working principal
The mixing agitator rotates in a fixed direction driven by the motor; during the rotation process, the material is driven to rotate axially and radially. The material in the mixer has both axial and circular motions, so there are several mixing forms such as shear mixing and diffusion mixing at the same time. A scraper is installed on the mixing paddle, which scrapes against the barrel wall. As the agitator rotates, the scraper completely scrapes off the material on the barrel wall, so that there is no retained material on the barrel wall, and at the same time improves the mixing effect.
The high speed disperser disc rotates at high speed to make the material flow in an annular shape, generate a strong vortex, and spirally descend to the bottom of the vortex. Strong shear impact and friction are generated between particles, achieving rapid dispersion and dissolution. The disperser disc produces a better radial effect through circular motion, accelerates material circulation, and improves dispersion efficiency.
The precise processing technology of the emulsifying head is highly coordinated between the rotor and the stator. The powerful motor rotates at high speed to form a vacuum between the rotor and the stator, and the material is sucked from the upper and bottom of the rotor and the stator. The strong suction power makes the rotor produce an extremely high linear speed, so that the material is ejected after strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and strong shear between the rotor and the stator gap, and under the action of multiple different directional forces, strong turbulence is generated. The material, with appropriate amount of emulsifier and mature technology, undergoes repeated cycles of depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement and shearing for a certain period of time to produce a stable emulsion.
