Pilot Type Double Planetary Dispersing Mixer
Pilot Type Double Planetary Mixer is a new and efficient mixing equipment developed by SIEHE Group for the needs of colleges and universities, scientific research institutions and factory laboratories. Pilot type double planetary mixer consists of two low-speed agitator and a high-speed dispersing disc, which has good mixing, reaction, dispersion and dissolution effects, and is particularly suitable for the dispersing and mixing of solid-liquid and liquid-liquid phases; due to its large output torque, it is particularly suitable for products with high viscosity, such as adhesives, silicone, lithium battery slurry, etc.; at the same time, the equipment has a wall scraping function, with no dead spots, no residue; the equipment is equipped with an extrusion device to achieve integrated mixing and discharging operations.

Working Principle
Pilot Type Double Planetary Mixer consists of reducer, planetary frame, agitator, disperser, scraper, container, hydraulic lifting system and frame. The rotating planetary frame drives the mixing and dispersing shafts to revolve around the container axial direction and also to rotate at a high-speed at same time to put the materials under strong shearing and kneading force, so the materials are dispersed and mixed thoroughly. The scraper attached to the planetary frame rotates together with the planetary frame. It clings to the container wall and scrape the materials off the wall continuously. The container inner wall is precisely lathed and then mirror polished to ensure the scraper can scrape all materials sticking to the wall off without residue. The blades can also be equipped with scraper for scraping the materials at bottom to ensure without mixing dead corner and excellent mixing result. Finished products with stable quality is ensured.

High mixing efficiency, wide application
Pilot Type Double Planetary Mixer has two sets of agitators and a set of high-speed dispersing shaft revolving around the container axle and at the same time rotating at high speed, so that the materials are mixed rapidly under the action of strong shearing and kneading force. Various agitators (blade type, screw frame type, claw type, frame type etc) are optional, can be customized based on materials’ viscosity, specific gravity, and production process requirements.

Convenient and safe operation
The equipment adopts electric lifting, which is safe and environmentally friendly. The movable tank lifting is equipped with a fixing device to prevent the tank from moving and causing safety accidents during work. At the same time, it can be made into an integrated design of mixing and extruding, and a slide tracking system can be installed between mixing and extruding to facilitate the movement of the tanks and realize the integrated operation of mixing and discharging.

No residue on the wall, clean discharging
There is scraper on the planetary frame rotating together with the planetary frame, it clings to the container and scrape the materials on the wall off continuously. The container inner wall is precisely lathed and then mirror polished to ensure the scraper can scrape all materials sticking to the wall off without residue. The blades can also be equipped with scraper for scraping the materials at bottom to ensure without mixing dead corner and excellent mixing result. Finished products with stable quality is ensured.
