Lab Double Planetary Mixer
Lab Double Planetary Mixer is a new and high efficient mixing equipment designed by SIEHE Group for universities, research institute and factory lab. The machine consists of low speed agitator and a high speed disperser, has good mixing, reacting, dispersing, dissolving effect, especially suitable for the dispersing and mixing of solid-liquid, liquid-liquid phase; It’s quite fit for high viscosity product such as adhesives, silicone, ceramic material, Lithium battery slurry etc. due to its super strong output torque; The equipment has scraper which can scrape the bottom of the tank without dead corner or residue; also there are extrusion device and sliding rail to work together with this machine, so that realizing the integrated operation of mixing and discharging.

Working Principle:
Lab Double Planetary Mixer consists of decelerator, planetary frame, agitator, scraper, container, hydraulic lifting system , hydraulic extrusion system and a frame. When the planetary frame rotates, it drives the stirring shaft and dispersing shaft (optional) in the box to revolve around the axis of the container and rotate at high speed, so that the material is subjected to strong shearing and kneading to achieve full dispersion and mixing. There is scraper on the planetary frame rotating together with the planetary frame, it clings to the container and scrape the materials on the wall off continuously. After the container wall is finished by vertical lathe, it is polished by an automatic polishing machine to ensure that the movable scraper on the planetary frame completely scrapes off the material on the container wall when rotating, so that there is no residue on the container wall and the mixing effect is improved. After the mixing is completed, it is moved to the extrusion system through the slide rail to complete the extrusion and discharging process.

High mixing efficiency, wide application
The Lab Double Planetary Mixer has two sets of agitators and a set of high speed dispersing shaft revolving around the container axle and at the same time rotating at high speed, so that the materials are mixed rapidly under the action of strong shearing and kneading force. Various agitators (blade type, twist type, claw type, frame type etc.) are in option based on materials with different viscosity, different specific gravity and different production process requirements.

Safe and convenient operation
Adopt oil cylinder as lifting actuators. Adopts the bottom lifting method, the mixing device is fixed, and the operation is realized by lifting the barrel. The lifting device is equipped with a barrel fixing device to prevent the barrel from shifting during work and causing safety accidents; there is a slide rail device between mixing and extrusion to facilitate the movement of the barrel and realize the integrated operation of mixing and discharging.

Customized options
Various types can be customized such as explosion-proof type, vacuum type, heating type, with PLC intelligent control type, etc. Material can be customized to be SS316L, duplex steel2205 or special Spraying materials (PTFE/ tungsten carbide).
