Double Planetary Powerful Dispersing Mixer

Powerful Double Planetary Dispersing Mixer (Dual Dispersing shaft) consists of two sets of low-speed agitators and two sets of high-speed dispersing shafts, and has good mixing and dispersing effects. The high-speed disperser has a tip dispersing speed of more than 23m/s, which can effectively control the viscosity and fineness of the slurry; the twisted screw frame mixing blade 3D design, processed by a five-axis machining center, can ensure the gap between the blades, the blades and the barrel wall, and the blades and the bottom of the barrel, reduce the mixing dead spots, and improve the uniformity of the finished product; the advanced manufacturing equipment eliminates metal pollution and greatly improves the safety performance of the slurry; high viscosity kneading, the slurry solid content can be between 55% and 90%, and the viscosity can be up to 2,000,000cps. This machine can meet the preparation of high-viscosity materials that require high shear dispersion to the greatest extent, and the disperser can be replaced by a high-shear emulsification homogenizer to obtain a finer slurry.

Working Principal:

Double Planetary Power Dispersing Mixer is composed of a gear motor, a planetary frame, a mixer, a storage tank, a storage tank lifting system, a cleaning device, a vacuum device and a frame. The rotating planetary frame drives two spiral agitators and two dispersion shafts to rotate around the storage tank axis while rotating at high speed, so that the material is subjected to strong shearing and kneading forces. Therefore, the material is fully dispersed and mixed.

An interlocking device can be set to prevent incorrect operations.
  • High manufacturing accuracy and strong structural performance
    The precision-cast blades are processed by a five-axis gantry machining center, which effectively ensures the clearance between the blades, the blades and the barrel wall, and the blades and the barrel bottom. The blades rotate without repeating the trajectory, mixing without dead angles, and improving the efficiency of uniform propellers. The planetary gears adopt 6-grade precision hardened gears, which have low noise, high transmission efficiency, stable high-speed operation, and extended bearing service life.

    Customized products can be made to meet different product process requirements: explosion-proof type (European ATEX standard), vacuum type (vacuum degree can reach 20mbar), cooling type, PLC control intelligent type, etc.; the material can be customized according to requirements, such as SS316L stainless steel, duplex steel or spray special materials.
