Double Planetary Mixer
Double Planetary Mixer has good mixing, reaction and kneading effects. It is suitable for solid-liquid, liquid-liquid, paste-paste and other materials with different densities and proportions, from low viscosity to high viscosity (10,000Pa.s). Due to its large output torque, it is widely used in adhesives, silicone, high-grade inks, putty and other fields. At the same time, the equipment has the function of wall and bottom scraper, without dead spots and residues.

Working Principal
Double Planetary Mixer consists of a reduction motor, planetary frame, scraper, container, hydraulic lifting system and frame. The rotating planetary frame drives the mixing shaft to revolve around the container axis and make a rotational motion, exerting strong shearing and kneading forces on the materials to mix the materials evenly. The scraper installed on the planetary frame rotates with the planetary frame. It is close to the container wall and continuously scrapes the materials off the container wall. The inner wall of the container is precisely lathe-machined and mirror-polished to ensure that the scraper can scrape off all the materials adhering to the container wall without leaving any residue. The blades can also be equipped with scrapers to scrape off the bottom materials to ensure that there is no mixing dead corner and the mixing effect is good. Ensure the stable quality of the finished product.

High mixing efficiency, wide application
The mixing paddle of the double planetary mixer revolves around the axis of the barrel and rotates at high speed at the same time, so that the material is subjected to strong shearing and kneading effects to achieve the purpose of rapid mixing; the mixing paddle has many types such as blade type, twist type, claw type, frame type, etc. The best mixing form can be selected for materials of different viscosities and specific gravities and different production process requirements.

Safe and convenient operation
The equipment uses a hydraulic cylinder or electric push rod as lifting actuator, , with a control valve to control the mixer to rise, stop, and fall. It is easy to operate and has high stability; The equipment is equipped with a barrel lock device to prevent the barrel from moving and causing safety accidents during operation. An interlocking device can be set to prevent incorrect operations.

No residue on the wall, clean discharging
There is scraper on the planetary frame rotating together with the planetary frame, it clings to the container and scrape the materials on the wall off continuously. The container inner wall is precisely lathed and then mirror polished to ensure the scraper can scrape all materials sticking to the wall off without residue. The blades can also be equipped with scraper for scraping the materials at bottom to ensure without mixing blind spots and excellent mixing result. Finished products with stable quality is ensured.

Strong customization
Products can be customized according to process requirements: explosion-proof type (European ATEX standard), vacuum type (vacuum degree can reach 20mbar), heating and cooling type (maximum temperature 250℃), PLC control intelligent type, etc. The material can be customized according to requirements such as SS316L stainless steel, duplex steel or spray special materials.
