Double Planetary Dispersing Mixer with a low-speed agitator and a high-speed dispersing disc. It has good mixing, reacting, dispersing and kneading effects. It is suitable for solid-liquid, liquid-liquid, paste-paste and other materials with different densities and proportions, from low viscosity to high viscosity (10000Pa.s). Due to its large output torque, it is widely used in adhesives, silicone, high-grade inks, putty and other fields. Working Principle

Double Planetary Mixer consists of reducer, planetary frame, agitator, disperser, scraper, container, hydraulic lifting system and frame. The rotating planetary frame drives the agitator shaft and the dispersion shaft to revolve around the container axis and make a rotational motion. The material is exerted with strong shear force and kneading force at high speed to disperse and mix the material evenly. The scraper installed on the planetary frame rotates with the planetary frame. It is close to the container wall and continuously scrapes the material off the container wall. The inner wall of the container is precisely lathe-machined and mirror-polished to ensure that the scraper can scrape off all the materials adhering to the container wall without leaving any residue. The blades can also be equipped with scrapers to scrape off the bottom materials to ensure that there is no blind spot for mixing and the mixing effect is good. Ensure the stable quality of the finished product.

Double Planetary Mixer has two sets of agitators and one set of high-speed dispersing shaft revolving around the container axle and at the same time rotating at high speed, so that the materials are mixed rapidly under the action of strong shearing and kneading force. Various agitators (blade type, screw frame type, claw type, frame type etc) are optional, can be customized based on materials’ viscosity, specific gravity, and production process requirements
Convenient and safe operation
The equipment is closed with the barrel cover by hydraulic lifting of the cylinder. It is easy to operate and has a high-position locking device to prevent the barrel from shifting and causing safety accidents during operation.
More customization options
Products can be customized according to process requirements: explosion-proof type (European ATEX standard), vacuum type (vacuum degree can reach 20mbar), cooling type, PLC control intelligent type, etc.; the material can be customized according to requirements, such as SS316L stainless steel, duplex steel or spray special materials.
No residue on the wall, clean discharging
There is scraper on the planetary frame rotating together with the planetary frame, it clings to the container and scrape the materials on the wall off continuously. The container inner wall is precisely lathed and then mirror polished to ensure the scraper can scrape all materials sticking to the wall off without residue. The blades can also be equipped with scraper for scraping the materials at bottom to ensure without mixing dead corner and excellent mixing result. Finished products with stable quality is ensured.
