One machine performs all works: Auto bag-making, weighing, inserting nitrogen, coding, cutting bags. Its electric control system adopts advanced programmable controller and LCD touch screen display which are easy to operate and have good man-machine interface. Working Principle
The Small bag Auto Packing Machine normally works with screw feeding machine to feed materials stably. The process is as following: Manually put a roll of plastic papers at the end of bag-making machine and charge materials to the screw feeder, then start the machine. The machine will automatically make the bags, weigh the materials, fill the materials, inset nitrogen, print code, cut the bags. Control system adopts PLC control and touch screen HMI display, easy to operate.

No need to stop the machine, you can regulate and correct the sealing and cutting position on touch screen directly to ensure flat sealing and neat incision. Adopt intelligent temperature controller to have the temperature within 3 ℃. Tooth type sealing device to have firmer sealing.
