For the First Time, SIEHE Group Partnered with Russian Chemical Giant Prime Top and Delivered High-Viscosity Mixing Production Line

Recently, SIEHE Group successfully delivered a customized high-viscosity mixing production line to Prime Top, LLC, a leading Russian chemical corporation. To address the client’s unique material properties, SIEHE Group innovatively introduced a high-efficiency double planetary mixer solution, breaking through the limitations of conventional mixing equipment.

This production line is specifically designed for high-viscosity, high-solid-content materials, incorporating modular intelligent control technology. It integrates multiple systems, including automatic batching, mixing, discharging, vessel cleaning, and intelligent control, into a fully optimized process.

Technical Highlights of the Production Line Include:

Automatic Batching System: Utilizes a small-bag feeding station for precise powder input and conveying, effectively reducing dust dispersion and preventing foreign objects/large particles from entering.

Dispersion & Mixing System: The system employs the double planetary mixer capable of processing materials with viscosity up to 10,000 Pa.s. The agitator consists of twisted paddles and three-tier dispersion discs, where the paddles generate high shear forces to facilitate material mixing while the discs enhance dispersion efficiency, ensuring optimal material uniformity.

Cleaning system: The discharged vessel automatically moves to the cleaning station, where the washer with a pneumatic lifting mechanism and three evenly-arranged spray nozzles guarantee thorough cleaning.

Rail System: Connects the mixer, extruder, and barrel washer while integrating a weighing platform. Its compact footprint enhances production efficiency.

To ensure production safety, the production line is equipped with an independent electrical control cabinet and explosion-proof motors for all equipment, eliminating hazards at the source with full safety protection for the manufacturing process.

During the delivery process, SIEHE’s technical team maintained close communication with Prime Top, demonstrating rapid response and collaborative problem-solving to ensure the smooth handover of the production line. Following the delivery, SIEHE's service does not stop there. The company will also dispatch professional engineers to Russia to provide on-site commissioning services for the customer, ensuring the equipment operates smoothly and meets performance expectations.
