Super Large Double Planetary Dispersing Mixer
Double Planetary Dispersing Mixer with a low-speed agitator and a high-speed dispersing disc. It has good mixing, reacting, dispersing and kneading effects. It is suitable for solid-liquid, liquid-liquid, paste-paste and other materials with different densities and proportions, from low viscosity to high viscosity (10000Pa.s). Due to its large output torque, it is widely used in adhesives, silicone, high-grade inks, putty and other fields. At the same time, the equipment has a wall scraping function, without dead area and residue.The 1500L-5000L super-large double planetary disperser produced by SIEHE adopts the method of barrel lifting method, which is stable and reliable, and suitable for automatic batching of raw materials.

Working Principle
Double Planetary Mixer consists of reducer, planetary frame, agitator, disperser, scraper, container, hydraulic lifting system and frame. The rotating planetary frame drives the agitator shaft and the dispersion shaft to revolve around the container axis and make a rotational motion. The material is exerted with strong shear force and kneading force at high speed to disperse and mix the material evenly. The scraper installed on the planetary frame rotates with the planetary frame. It is close to the container wall and continuously scrapes the material off the container wall. The inner wall of the container is precisely lathe-machined and mirror-polished to ensure that the scraper can scrape off all the materials adhering to the container wall without leaving any residue. The blades can also be equipped with scrapers to scrape off the bottom materials to ensure that there is no blind spot for mixing and the mixing effect is good. Ensure the stable quality of the finished product.

Convenient and safe operation
The equipment is closed with the barrel cover by hydraulic lifting of the cylinder. It is easy to operate and has a high-position locking device to prevent the barrel from shifting and causing safety accidents during operation.

High processing precision and stable performance.
The blades are processed by a five-axis gantry machining center to effectively ensure the gaps between the agitators, the agitators and the barrel wall, and the agitators and the barrel bottom. The agitators rotate without repeating the trajectory, mixing without dead spots, and improving the mixing uniformity. The planetary gears use 6-grade precision hardened gears, which have low noise, high transmission efficiency, stable high-speed operation, and extended bearing service life.

No residue on the wall, clean discharging
There is scraper on the planetary frame rotating together with the planetary frame, it clings to the container and scrape the materials on the wall off continuously. The container inner wall is precisely lathed and then mirror polished to ensure the scraper can scrape all materials sticking to the wall off without residue. The blades can also be equipped with scraper for scraping the materials at bottom to ensure without mixing dead corner and excellent mixing result. Finished products with stable quality is ensured.
