Laboratory Horizontal Mixer

Working Principle:
The equipment is composed of transmission parts, agitators (blade type, plough type, ribbon type, etc.) and circular barrel bodies; The U-shaped long cylinder structure ensures the small resistance movement of the mixed material (powder, semi-fluid) in the cylinder body. The bottom center is provided with a discharge port, equipped with a pneumatic flap valve, to realize the valve and the barrel body closed without dead Angle, convenient unloading; Overall side openings for cleaning and maintenance. The two sides of the mixing barrel are equipped with blades, which vary in number and shape, and can be designed according to the different requirements of the mixing material. The feed pipe is usually in the upper part of the mixing tank for adding the raw material.
The equipment can be equipped with heating jacket, which can be heated by hot water, hot oil, steam and other heat media; The whole machine is designed as a closed type, which can be connected to the vacuum system to vacuum out the liquid.
