SIEHE Group recently completed its first collaboration with Dow, a global chemical leader, and successfully delivered a batch of customized high-performance mixing and extrusion equipment.
Established in 1897, Dow is a globally recognized leader in materials science, consistently ranked among the Fortune Global 500. It is one of the world’s largest producers of resins, adhesives, and coatings, with a strong global presence in innovative material research and manufacturing.
The core equipment includes Double Planetary Dispersing Mixers and Hydraulic Extruders. The Double Planetary Dispersing Mixer is specifically engineered for high-viscosity materials, with a maximum processing viscosity of 10,000 Pa.s. Its agitator integrates helical blades and a dual-layer dispersion disc. The precision-cast helical blades, machined on CNC machining centers, deliver exceptional kneading force and mixing efficiency for high-viscosity compounds, resulting in high homogeneity. Coupled with a specially designed dual-layer high-speed disperser, this configuration significantly enhances blending and dispersion efficiency. The dispersion shaft, processed on a Mazak Integrex CNC turning-milling center, ensures high precision and operational stability. A PTFE bottom scraper removes residue from vessel walls, improving mixing quality. The mixer is built to Exd IIB T4 standards and meets stringent explosion-proof requirements.
The Hydraulic Extruder features a dual-column hydraulic lifting structure with a 65-ton pressure capacity, ideal for ultra-high-viscosity pastes. Its SUS304 stainless steel platen offers excellent corrosion resistance. Each cylinder includes dual mechanical and electrical overpressure protection, while safety interlocks on the front and rear doors trigger automatic shutdown if the doors are opened during operation.
Upon equipment arrival, SIEHE will dispatch senior engineers for on-site commissioning and training, ensuring precise installation, parameter optimization, and user guidance on safe operation and maintenance.
Moving forward, SIEHE will continue focusing on high-end fine chemical equipment, committed to delivering smarter, more efficient industrial solutions and jointly advancing the development of materials science.
