Both equipment sets delivered were meticulously engineered to meet the client's specific production requirements. The core technology of the Vacuum Disperser With Scraper originates from Germany. Its customized explosion-proof model ensures operational safety in high-risk environments, while the unique double-layer serrated dispersion disc design increases efficiency by 50%. Equipped with adjustable PTFE scrapers conforming perfectly to the vessel contour, it eliminates wall material buildup.
The Vertical Vacuum Drying Mixer is equipped with a heating jacket and the main shaft and ribbons also feature heating, resulting in higher drying efficiency. Its engineered ribbon design ensures thorough material turnover with minimal wall clearance, reducing adhesion. Mechanical seals on the main shaft ensure high-vacuum containment, achieving 3-5 times higher drying efficiency than conventional equipment when vacuum-connected. A top-mounted dust collector with nitrogen reverse-purging minimizes material loss by blocking/redirecting particles. The system supports PLC intelligent control with signal interfaces for remote operation.
