Recently, SIEHE Group completed its first collaboration with a leading East European building materials company by delivering a high-performance Adhesive Production Line.
The production line integrates automated processes including batching, mixing, discharging, and filling. Powered by an advanced HMI (Human-Machine Interface) intelligent control system, it achieves full automation throughout production while reaching internationally leading levels in key performance indicators such as capacity, energy efficiency, and product consistency.
Technical Highlights of the Production Line Include:
Automatic Batching System
Utilizes a small-bag feeding station for precise powder input and conveying, effectively reducing dust dispersion and preventing foreign objects/large particles from entering.
Dispersion & Mixing System
The core equipment comprises a Double Planetary Mixer and a High Speed Disperser With Scraper, with customized explosion-proof models meeting hazardous environment requirements. The Double Planetary Mixer handles viscosities up to 10,000 Pa.s, equipped with twisted paddles and three-tier dispersion discs. Precision-cast twisted paddles generate high shear forces for efficient mixing, while detachable high-speed dispersion discs enhance homogenization. CIP cleaning jets reach blind spots with one-touch operation. An optional vacuum system achieves -0.095 MPa vacuum. The High Speed Disperser With Scraper incorporates German-engineered dual-layer dispersion technology, boosting efficiency by 50%. The adjustable PTFE scraper blades conform to container walls, ensuring zero mixing dead zones.
Discharging System
The high-tonnage hydraulic extrusion system meets the discharge requirements for ultra-high-viscosity paste materials, featuring wide adaptability and high discharge efficiency. In the hydraulic system, each cylinder is equipped with overpressure protection devices, providing dual mechanical and electrical safeguards.
Filling System
The planetary mixer is equipped with a sausage-pack filler and semi-automatic single-tube filling machine for material packaging. The sausage filler employs high-precision metering units achieving ±0.5% filling accuracy, ensuring product consistency. The semi-automatic filling machine executes manual bottle loading, automatic filling, and automated corking processes. Its intelligent sensor system enables dual protections: tube absence detection halts filling, while cap-sealing verification locks operation, preventing material waste and machine contamination.
To ensure production safety, the production line features Siemens PLCs and explosion-proof HMI touchscreens, enabling remote command execution for functional modules including start/stop operations, speed regulation, vacuum control, and hydraulic lifting.
