SIEHE Group Unveils Groundbreaking Gen-4 SMP Series Multi-functional Vacuum Homogenizing Emulsifying Unit in August 2025, Redefining Industry Standards with Revolutionary Technology to Empower Global Clients in Achieving Leapfrog Improvements in Production Efficiency and Product Quality.

The SMP series emulsification unit features an upper-mounted bidirectional multi-flow agitator and a bottom-mounted SDBI series external circulation high-shear emulsifier, enabling efficient mixing, dispersion, homogenization, and emulsification under both pressure and vacuum. It is equipped with a complete heating/cooling system, liquid and powder addition systems, and meets GMP standards. It is also compatible with CIP/SIP cleaning systems, capable of handling various materials from liquids to pastes with viscosities up to 100 Pa.s.

The core feature of this equipment is the SDBI series bottom-mounted circulating disperser , integrating five functions: pumping, suction, mixing, dispersion, and self-cleaning. It efficiently processes solid and liquid components directly into the dispersion chamber without the need for an additional pump, handling viscosities up to 100 Pa.s. The main shaft is precision-machined using Mazak CNC turning and milling centers, ensuring high accuracy and stability. It features a dual-end mechanical seal with a seal flushing system. The disperser has a three-layer chamber structure: the top layer includes an arc-shaped agitator for efficient mixing with small material volumes; the middle layer is a high-speed centrifugal driver, providing strong conveying power with a maximum output pressure of 4 bar, meeting both mixing and CIP pumping needs; the bottom layer is a multi-layer high-shear homogenizer with a forged and CNC-machined rotor and stator for high strength and wear resistance.

 

Additionally, the series provides two mixing options. The bidirectional multi-flow agitator ensures efficient and uniform mixing of materials in the vessel, suitable for viscosities up to 100,000 mPa.s. The PTFE scraper has an offset installation design, ensuring no dead zones for thorough wall scraping, maintaining high efficiency and cleanliness. The spiral agitator features a low-speed, high-torque design, offering stable operation and low energy consumption. It works in tandem with the scraping device to improve product fineness and stability, suitable for materials with viscosities up to 30,000 mPa.s.

 

The SMP series equipment control system is equipped with a PLC and a large touchscreen, featuring a graphical interface that is intuitive and clear, displaying key process parameters in real time and supporting remote control. Additionally, an explosion-proof system can be configured for specific operating conditions to meet safety requirements.
